Sales Tax
Dave's Nursery is a registered business in the state of New Jersey
and is responsible for collecting 7% state sales tax on all orders
shipped within the state. Our shopping cart will automatically
calculate this tax on all orders shipped within the state of New
Jersey.
Shipping/Delivery
Most of our merchandise is shipped via US Postal priority mail, or UPS 2nd day and must be shipped to a physical street address. We ship only to the continental United States. Please allow two business days for order processing. Shipping costs are as follows:

Damaged Shipment or Defects in Merchandise
Upon receipt of your product, please inspect the packaging to ensure that it has not been damaged. If the packaging or product has been damaged, be sure to notify the carrier, they are responsible for all or any damages.
